Thank’s God it’s saturtay J I don’t know how your week was, but as far as I’m concerned, I had a busy schedule. With a mix of business meetings, the organisation of photo and video shootings for my partners’ new events (starting this Monday)… In short, I didn’t have a lot of Me-time.

With this type of schedule, it’s hard for me to wander (for someone who LOVES it). However, it’s one of my smallest pleasures. Like resting, at my place to write down my articles; listening to old French songs with a big cup of coffee. There are also those long Parisian walks during which I discover new alleys as beautiful as they are discreet and unlikely passageways. And during sunny days, I use to walk to the banks of the Seine or the Champs de Mars, such ideal places for an improvised picnic.

But the further I pursue my career, the more I feel that I don’t have enough time, that it becomes more and more precious. When I think about it, I find it quite strange because I used to have plenty of time not so long ago.

As of today, things have changed; flowers have withered (#yesIlistentoCélineDion); and without realising it, I became more mature. I now start to understand the value of things (such as the Saint Laurent vintage bag I have just bought last Thursday).

Naaa, on a serious note, I’d like to talk about the value of those little things that make our daily life. Moments that are getting simple as they are part of our routine. And the funny part is that it would be so difficult to live without them; because they give us a sense of sweetness, joy and energy #bonapptitude. Those micro-moments can take the form of a super multivitamin breakfast just after a shower. Or a dessert with mango as a 4pm snack.

For me, I feel those moments especially when I don’t have enough time (as it is the case a lot of time, no pun intended); I need to take my time, to enjoy my meal, to have fun. This is why I run into the #Carrefour supermarket to look for the Bon’App or Bon’App l’Envie du jour range. They are both great ways to reinvent lunch meals and gourmet breaks. You can find everything, from hot and cold meals to traditional and exotic meals. If you are like me, looking for new tastes, here you go 🙂 #smile

So, whether you are at the office, at school, on a walk along the banks of the Seine or queuing at Louboutin stores, take time to enjoy and live your life to the fullest. #BonApp
